Box Score 2 CLERMONT, Fla. – Assumption College scored an unearned run with no one out in the bottom of the seventh inning to earn a walk-off 5-4 non-conference softball victory over Felician University during THE Spring Games on Sunday morning at the Legends Way Ballfields. Earlier on Sunday, Felician left 10 runners on base in a 6-2 non-league loss to Bloomsburg University.
Freshman shortstop Zeaenna Brackett (Woodbury, N.J.) and senior catcher/designated player Amanda Lopez (Riverbank, Calif.) each went 4 for 8 on the day for the Golden Falcons (5-7).
Against Assumption, Felician erased a 4-2 deficit on Brynne Bauman's (Hazlet, N.J.) two-out, two-run single in the top of the fifth inning. But with the score still tied in the bottom of the seventh, Greyhound senior Ashley Clark (Pawtucket, R.I.) produced a leadoff single off of Golden Falcon reliever Dyonna Pagliocca (Wood-Ridge, N.J.) (1-1). The next two batters reached on Felician errors to load the bases, and Ashley Abad (Bedford, N.J.) muscled a single through the left side to end the game.
Assumption sophomore right-hander Kendal Roy (Grafton, Mass) pitched all seven innings, scattering 10 hits. She struck out three Golden Falcons while walking none. Sophomore first-baseman Stephanie Menard had a double and a home run and drove in three runs and senior shortstop Kalyi Muniz (Fairhaven, Mass.) was 3 for 4 for the Greyhounds (1-1).

Husky junior pitcher Taylor Parker (Dewart, Pa.) gave up one run on four hits over six innings, striking out eight batters, and blasted a go-ahead two-run homer in the top of the third.
The Golden Falcon scoring came on an RBI single from Lopez in the first inning and a sacrifice fly by freshman Racquel Manzo (Whittier, Calif.) in the seventh. Brackett was 2 for 4 with a double and a stolen base and scored both Felician runs.
Emily Mayhew (Perkasie, Pa.) and Bridget Casey (Perkasie, Pa.) had two hits each and Kalynn Wheeland (South Williamsport, Pa.) also homered for Bloomsburg.
